Our commitment
Mixprism is an information and discovery platform. All data displayed originates from publicly available sources (YouTube descriptions, artist-published tracklists, public APIs). We respect intellectual property rights and process all removal requests within 72 hours.
What can be removed
- Your artist profile and associated data
- Specific tracks from our database
- DJ set pages referencing your catalog
- Any other data you believe infringes your rights
How to submit a request
Send an email to legal@mixprism.eu with the following information:
Subject: Data Removal Request — [Your name / label]
1. Your full name or company name
2. Your role (artist / label / manager / legal representative)
3. URL(s) of the Mixprism page(s) concerned
4. Description of the data to be removed
5. Statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the described material is not authorized."
Processing timeline
We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and complete the removal within 72 hours of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once done.
