What's the difference vs Mixprism Pro (Artist / Label)?+
DJ Crate Pro (€4.99/mo) is for DJs who want unlimited crates with harmonic mixing tools. Mixprism Pro (Artist €49/mo, Label €199/mo) is for music producers and labels who want pre-release analytics on their unreleased IDs. Different audiences, different features.
Can I use crates for free?+
Yes — free accounts get up to 12 tracks per crate, with all the harmonic compatibility features. DJ Crate Pro unlocks unlimited tracks and a few power-user perks. Try free first, upgrade when you hit the cap.
What happens to my crates if I cancel?+
Your crates stay intact and accessible. If you have crates over 12 tracks, you can't add more tracks while on free, but existing tracks remain visible and ordered. Re-subscribe anytime to unlock unlimited again.
Refund policy?+
14-day free trial — cancel before day 15, no charge ever. After billing starts, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds.
Will my crates be discoverable by others?+
Only if you explicitly mark a crate as public. Private crates are visible only to you. Public crates get a shareable link (`/share/[slug]`) you control. You can revoke or regenerate the slug anytime.
