How do I find the tracks in a DJ mix?
Search for the mix or DJ on the homepage. If indexed, you'll see the full tracklist with timecodes.
What is an "ID" track?
"ID" stands for an unidentified track — usually unreleased music being tested live by DJs. Our community helps identify them.
Can I suggest an ID I recognize?
Yes — go to /ids, find the track, and click "Suggest a name".

What does Mixprism Pro include?
Pro gives you analytics on tracks of your claimed artist profiles: plays, retention, playlist adds, bounce rate, per-track breakdowns. See all features.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
No payment is taken during the trial. You can cancel anytime in those 14 days at zero cost.
How do I claim my artist profile?
After subscribing, go to /pro/onboarding. Search your artist name and submit a claim with a verifiable proof URL.
Why does my dashboard show 0 plays?
KPIs populate as users play your tracks on Mixprism. New artists may need a few weeks for meaningful data to accumulate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
💳 Billing
Where can I download my invoices?
From the Pro dashboard → "Manage subscription" → "Invoices". All your invoices are accessible via Stripe Customer Portal.
Why is there no VAT on my invoice?
Mixprism is operated under the French "franchise en base de TVA" regime (art. 293 B CGI). VAT is not applicable to subscription fees.

How do I delete my account?
Email hello@mixprism.eu with "Delete account" in the subject. We process deletions within 30 days.
How do I export my data (GDPR)?
